Kakwa offers demonstrations and workshops on a variety of traditional skills and crafts, available to museums, historic sites and parks, and schools. Our presentations are geared for a single classroom in 45 to 60 minute sessions, however, we also have drop-in sessions for public demonstations as well.
"Hide-tanning", "stone tool-making", "cattail duck decoy-making workshop", and "pre-contact & fur trade adornment" are just a few of the sessions we offer.
Organizations can fax Kakwa on letterhead at 306-738-4900 for a presentation list, or email for more information.
